Refund Eligibility
Refunds are given only if the service was not provided because of unexpected events or if we did not meet the service promises in the agreement.

Refund Process
To ask for a refund, users need to contact Innovatetogether customer support with a clear explanation of the problem. All refund requests will be checked and approved by Innovatetogether management.

Refund Timing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days using the same payment method you used before.
